To avoid double charges on your auto draft Current Metwork Members Wishing To Upgrade their membership should terminate their current membership First. Then wait for the termination confirmation before upgrading.
Membership cancellation requests must be made 30 days in advance of your Auto-draft date.
Membership cancellation requests can only be submitted through the cancellation from Above.
There are 2 types of Membership Cancellation: Temporary and Permanent.
Temporary Cancellation allows you to re-enroll within 3 to 6 months and retain your accumulated classes. Please note that your accumulated classes will not be available to you until you re-enroll and resume paying monthly fees.
It is important to remember that Mindbody is a client facing platform and as such it is the client's responsibility to maintain their accounts.
Disruption in monthly payments can cause automatic membership cancellation and the loss of accumulated classes, so it's really important that members keep their accounts up to date.
We recommend that folx dance with us consistently for at least a month before joining the METWORK. It's really important that anyone considering the METWORK Membership feel confident that HMD is the right fit for their dancing.
